Aware of the water scarcity affecting the Mediterranean region, they made the conscious decision not to include a swimming pool during the renovation of the property.Instead, they encourage guests to explore the island’s stunning beaches and immerse themselves in the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea. This choice not only preserves precious resources but also aligns with the residence’s harmonious connection to its natural surroundings, offering an eco-conscious yet luxurious retreat that invites guests to engage authentically with the beauty of the island.
The meaning of the name of the residence
The residence is named “Pnoé” after the Greek word meaning breath, breathing, or a breeze of air. Only by visiting Pnoé Residence will you understand how perfectly the name fits with the location and the atmosphere of the house. The sensation of fresh air blowing through the trees and the tranquility of the surroundings create a unique atmosphere, where each breath seems to harmonize with the nature around you.

Pnoé Residence has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and espresso machine, flat screen TV, WIFI, internet, air conditioning. Also, in the bathroom personal hygiene items and linen. Parking space is available from the villa.
How to get here
From abroad, you can fly directly to Skiathos or through Athens and Thessaloniki with domestic flights. Upon your arrival in Skiathos, you can take the ferry or use the water taxi for direct transfer to Skopelos. You can also reach Skopelos directly from ports of Volos or Thessaloniki by hydrofoils or by boats.
The owner will meet you upon arrival to transfer you to the residence and provide you with useful tips for both your stay at Pnoe Residence and your sightseeing on the island. After this initial meeting, she will be available for any information you may need. The cleaning of the residence is done by arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 42 days prior to arrival no fees will apply.
For cancellations later, the 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
